A. The software checks IDPA IDs when you enter a shooter into the database and compares what you type with the approved IDPA ID formats.
From time to time, IDPA adds additional country ID formats.
The link here will update your software to the latest list that I have from IDPA.
If this patch doesn't fix your problem, please contact me and I'll ask IDPA for updated information.
