The screen shots used for illustration were made with Outlook Express® 6.0.

Click Tools on the main menu, then click Address Book...

 

Click File on the Address Book main menu, then click Import and then Other Address Book...

 

Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) and then click Import.

 

Browse to the Shooters.CSV file you exported and then click Next.

 

You should not need to change the mappings.  Click Finish.

 

The wizard may take several minutes to complete.

 

When it has finished, you can use the address book contacts for e-mail, etc.
