The Shooter Maintenance Wizard serves to automate designating shooters as 'regular' and/or as inactive.

In the shooter database list, inactive shooters can optionally be hidden or highlighted in grey.

It also enables a Club Contact to create a list of all valid IDPA numbers in your shooter database so that you can check their status on the IDPA website.

 

The Maintenance Wizard button on the shooter database screen opens the Shooter Maintenance Wizard.  Click the Make IDPA List button or click Next.

 

The next screen lets you select what maintenance you wish to perform.

 

You can also set the inactive status of shooters individually.

 

Inactive status can be applied in certain printouts (e-mail, snail mail labels, shooter database export, etc.).
