A regular (locked to one computer) license cannot be purchased until you have installed ForScore, because it requires the unique serial number that the software will generate.  So you need to either buy the CD or download the software first, install it, then purchase a license, and activate the software on your computer..

If, however, you are going to purchase a hardware dongle, you can order the dongle and a license without having first installed the software, as the dongle lets you run the software on any computer.

The CD is primarily useful if you have a slow-speed Internet connection.  It includes the software, online help, and PDF manual.  The software will install and run as a demo for up to 45 days, after which you will need to purchase a license.  The $10.00 USD cost of the CD includes shipping and handling.  California residents will be charged sales tax.
NOTE: A copy of the CD is included if you purchase a dongle license.
