Version 2.0 Upgrade Information
Prior upgrades to ForScore have been provided at no charge.
Version 2.0, however, is a major rewrite.
Accordingly, I am charging a $45 per computer upgrade fee for existing licensed users.
You may, however, qualify for a free upgrade.
- You purchased your existing ForScore license on or after June 1, 2006
OR - You actively participated in the Beta program.
(Active participation would include making at least one post in the beta forum between June 1, 2006, and February 1, 2007.)
Whichever way you upgrade, I'll need your present serial number and 'registered-to' name in order to issue a new activation code.
If your license is tied to your computer, easiest would be to use the same procedure you originally followed and paste the activation information into the PayPal order page when requested.
If you're using a dongle, just type in the serial number as it appears on the Help | About screen.
Dongle users do
NOT need to mail back their dongles.
